AX Art Atelier is a luxury beauty studio located in Vancouver. We are founded on the philosophy of bringing out each individual person’s unique beauty and confidence.
We have been trained and mentored by some of the industry’s most highly regarded professionals and have both worked in film, commercials and training/education within the beauty industry. Aside from makeup artistry, hair styling, and permanent makeup, we also offer personalized one-on-one lessons.

Zerina
Our resident senior Hair Stylist Zerina has been in the industry for over 10 years. She is well experienced in everything from bridal to stunning structural updos. She is fast and precise in her work and a true professional. From the most beautiful Hollywood waves to beachy everyday looks. We are always in awe at the beautiful work she creates.
Connie
Connie is our Senior Makeup artist and has been in the industry for 13+ years. She has worked in Los Angeles where she lived and worked at the start of her career. She is now living in Vancouver and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our team. With her experience, she caters her makeup to every client while being able to give great advice in what works best on camera and in professional photography. She has a fun and upbeat personality and can execute any look you’re dreaming of.
Jihae
Jihae is one of our most talented artists. She is skilled in hair and makeup. Her specialty is in updos and does the most beautiful soft romantic looks. She is also an expert in structured hair like Hollywood waves. Her makeup style is natural if you’re looking for a softer glam and something where you feel like yourself Jihae has that touch.
Jenny
Jenny is an incredible talented makeup artist and photographer. She’s done all these headshots here! Jenny is also one of our lead artists with the most wonderful, positive energy to be around. She has an incredible eye for beauty and art which is no surprise that Jenny is one of our most requested artists. Her signature makeup style is a soft glam look that will make you feel confident and comfortable in.
Evelyn
Our sweet Evelyn! Evelyn is an artist of many mediums. She does hair, makeup, lash extensions and lash lifts at AX Art Atelier. Evelyn has a soft natural style with that coveted K Beauty touch. If you’re more of a natural beauty gal, you’ll love Evelyn’s style.
Jennifer
Jennifer is one of clients favourite artists. She’s got the personality to light up the room and make you feel like you’re out with your girls in her chair. She’s a talented makeup artist, business woman and the owner of Lotus Lashes which we use on our clients and brides! Book your glam with Jennifer and you’ll love her artistry and the time with her!
Dee
Dee, our in house skin expert providing all our clients with customized facials. She’s one of the few artists who does BOTH hair and makeup! Who doesn’t want a makeup artist that knows the skin inside out! She’s the perfect catch if you ask us!
Veronica
Veronica, our team's hair and makeup artist has been in the industry since 2010. Originating from Mexico, she has navigated diverse climates, from dry heat to humid winds. Her experience extends beyond the bridal industry, encompassing roles in commercial advertisement, production companies, and music videos. She has collaborated with renowned brands such as Warner Music, Coca Cola, and Timberland. Veronica's versatile background showcases her adaptability in various professional settings.
Caitlin
Caitlin, a dynamic makeup artist and hairstylist, completed her professional training at John Casablanca's Institute in 2018. She has a talent for enhancing natural features, and perfecting the skin complexion particularly in the context of bridal makeup. Beyond her five years in the film industry, Caitlin's work extends to advertising and lifestyle shoots, showcasing her versatility with various local brands. Her skilful and personalized approach sets her apart in the beauty and fashion industry.
Emaleth
Emaleth is one of our team’s makeup artists. She has 7+ years in professional makeup artistry but her love for makeup and creativity goes far beyond that. She is the team lead for Make Up For Ever as market and education specialist while also working with us on weddings and events. She is incredibly artistic and the best when it comes to colour and statement looks. She can create a flawless complexion and our clients love her personal style while still being able to create soft neutral looks.
